RockClimbed is not a retailer
RockClimbed does not sell products directly.
We are an independent climbing gear guide. We create buying guides, product comparisons and retailer information.
When you click a retailer link on RockClimbed, you leave our website and complete your purchase on the retailer's own website.
Who handles your order
The retailer you buy from is responsible for your order. This includes:
- Taking payment
- Confirming the order
- Stock availability
- Delivery and shipping
- Returns and refunds
- Warranties and manufacturer claims
- Customer service
- Order updates and tracking
Delivery, returns, refunds and warranties
Delivery times, returns windows, refund policies and warranty terms are set by each retailer.
You should read the retailer's policies before buying.
If you need to return an item, request a refund, report a delivery issue or make a warranty claim, contact the retailer you bought from directly. RockClimbed cannot process returns, refunds or warranty claims on a retailer's behalf.

If you have a problem with an order, first contact the retailer.

Note on terminology
